It has been a little less than a year since the doors of the Old City’s smallest creative hub opened for the very first time in February 2012. And what a year it has been!
Celebrating coming “full circle”, this show focuses on the various meanings of the circle in art and architecture, and how we all come together and connect.Mostly known as symbol of the sacred, universal and divine, the circle is an important feature in many cultures and belief systems.
The circle is also a symbol of democracy, of coming together as equals in assembly, may it be around a fire or a round table. This show honours the different techniques and processes used by the participating artists, bringing them together to unite and celebrate this important milestone with the gallery.
