'The Covidians' is an ongoing series of small paintings made by gallery artist Kelly Ratchford
in response to the strange times we find ourselves in.
Wearing a mask has become the norm (at least for some of us!) and the paintings are a reflection of this (still) bizarre necessity.
Each painting is made using acrylic, charcoal and ink on primed wood panel - some might have a wee bit of collage as well. They are approximately 12 x 8 cm. Some are a bit larger.
